Refund policy

We want you to love your Grandir tote. If you’re not 100% happy, we accept returns within 21 days of delivery under the following conditions: Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return: Email support@grandirbags.com with your order number and reason for return. Items should be shipped back via the customers the customers trackable method of choice. Grandir is not responsible for return shipping costs or carrier delays, loss, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund, less Grandir's original shipping charges, to your payment method within 5–10 business days. All returns are handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Grandir team. 

Grandir currently does not offer exchanges.

Defective or damaged items: If your tote arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
